We already know that you can receive dental services in Costa Rica at greatly reduced fees compared to the US but just what has the global recession done to Costa Rica?
Well, it seems as though condo and subdivision development have slowed dramatically and in some parts along the Pacific coast buyers who purchased a second home a couple of years ago have been forced to sell at huge discounts.
What does this have to do with a dental vacation you ask? Well, did you ever think of using your dental vacation in Costa Rica to search for investment or retirement property? Once you get to Costa Rica and are seduced by the beautiful country and warm climate you may just decide to stay there and now is a great time to look at real eastate. Beach properties along the Pacific coast have seen, and will probably see, the largest increase in prices over time.
