We get asked the question many times. “Should I bring someone along for my dental vacation?” The answer for this depends on your preferences for traveling. Some people enjoy traveling alone others love traveling with others.
Personally we prefer traveling with others. If you are able to plan a vacation along with your dental tourism trip we believe that some things are enjoyed better with others… like a vacation! However if you are one of those individuals who prefer to travel alone you won’t be alone in the country you visit. Many dental clinics have remarkable concierge services to assist you in getting to and from the offices or airports. They can even help you plan the vacation portion of your trip. This is especially nice because there is nothing like being able to explore a new country with help from locals. They know where all the best places are outside the well known tourist destinations. This is especially beneficial if you are in exotic countries like Thailand or Costa Rica.
Bottom line is, again, traveling is about personal preferance and comfort level. We like having a travel companion but if you like to go it alone… we won’t stop you!
